Privacy Policy

Who we are
Foundry is a financial-services platform operated by OBA Solutions (“Foundry,” “we,” “us”). Foundry helps a business understand its financial health, see funding it may qualify for, run a live profit-and-loss, send branded invoices, and respond to chargebacks. Foundry also provides the operating layer that processors, ISOs, funders, and banks (“partners”) use to run their own branded networks. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we use and share it, and the rights you have.
Our privacy promises
- We do not sell your data. Not to funding partners, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
- No credit pull to use Foundry. Your financial-health rating is built from data you connect — it is not a credit score and does not pull a hard or soft credit inquiry.
- You decide who sees your profile. Your information is shared with a funding or service partner only when you choose to share it, one at a time.
- You can delete your data, and we will confirm it was carried out.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to provide the service:
- Account information — name, business name, email, and the login credentials you create.
- Financial information you connect — bank statements, payment-processor data, and transaction records you upload or link, used to compute your rating, build your P&L, and surface funding options.
- Content you create — invoices, customers, documents, dispute evidence, and configuration.
- Partner / operator data — for partners running a network on Foundry: the operators, ISOs, pricing, and configuration you set up.
- Usage and device data — basic logs, IP address, and analytics needed to operate and secure the service.
We do not ask for, or store, your online-banking login. Where you link a payment processor, your credentials are encrypted at rest and used only to retrieve the data you authorize.
How we use your information
- To deliver the product — compute your rating, build your P&L, present funding you may qualify for, send your invoices, and help you respond to disputes.
- To connect you, at your direction, to funding or service partners you choose.
- To secure, maintain, and improve the platform.
- To communicate with you about your account and service.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and audit obligations.
When we share information
We share information only in these limited ways:
- At your direction — with a funding or service partner you choose to share your profile with.
- With service providers (subprocessors) who operate the platform under contract — for example cloud hosting, e-signature, and email delivery — limited to what they need to perform their function.
- Within a partner’s network — if you are a merchant served by a partner, that partner can see the account and activity within their own network, subject to tenant-isolation controls. Partners never see other partners’ data, and a partner cannot see another business’s private financial information outside their own network.
- For legal reasons — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
- In a business transfer — as part of a merger, acquisition, or financing, subject to this policy.
We never sell your personal or financial information.
How we protect your information
Security is built into the platform: encryption of sensitive data at rest, database-level tenant isolation so each business and network only reaches its own data, and a tamper-evident audit record on sensitive operations. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting your data is foundational to how Foundry is built.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@myfoundry.io. We will carry it out and confirm completion, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your information, and withdraw a sharing choice. To exercise any of these rights, contact contact@myfoundry.io. Depending on where you are located, additional rights may apply, and we honor them where the law requires.
Cookies and analytics
We use only the cookies and analytics needed to run, secure, and improve the service. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
Children
Foundry is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date, and for material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
